We started Mimihali because we wanted to bring back the kind of making that feels slow, thoughtful, and full of meaning. For Katie, it began at her own kitchen table with her two girls. 'We would spread out felt and thread, and while our hands worked, our conversations wandered. We stitched animals and ornaments, but also stories and memories.'
